The DrugKiNET KnowledgeBase webpages were designed by Dr. Steven Pelech and coded by James Chen, Sarina Chen, Andy Chow, Sunju Christine Jeong, and Dan Stephenson. The compound IC50, Ki and Kd data were retrieved from several sources, including the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), the PubChem Compound database, the Kinase SARfari database from the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) European Bioinformatics Institute, the International Centre for Kinase Profiling at the University of Dundee, Ambit Biosciences and hundreds of original research publications. Data collection was performed by Sehyun Cho, Stephen Yiu, Chuen Choi, Pier-Luc Clemont, Christine Eisner, Steven Pelech, Cameron Rogers and Scott Wilder. The kinase inhibitor prediction algorithms were developed and coded by Javad Safaei and Dr. Jano Manuch in the Department of Computer Science at the University of British Columbia.
